We only ship within the United States.

Due to logistical difficulties we currently only ship within the USA and to APO boxes. 

ORDER PROCESSING

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

Beeswax Sheets

Beeswax sheets and kits typically ship within 24 hours of your order being placed.

The only exception may be shipping beeswax sheets in extreme weather. We package orders carefully with temperature in mind. During extreme temperatures, we highly recommend selecting Priority Mail as your shipping option. In addition, ALWAYS allow your package to reach room temperature before handling the product. 

Beeswax Candles

Most of our candles are made-to-order and typically ship within two to three days. Large and custom orders may take longer to complete. Custom orders take longer depending on quantity and specifications.

We offer free shipping on select items with USPS Parcel Select Ground.


During the Holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Advent, Christmas) it may take up to 5 business days to ship your order, we post holiday shipping schedules on our website and social media to keep you updated.
Please keep in mind that we are a family-owned business with a small team working to make and pack orders. For time-sensitive orders, please email or call so we can accommodate your request. Thank you for understanding!

SHIPPING FEES

We offer USPS shipping at competitive rates. Feel free to select the speed and service that works best for you.
First Class Mail and Parcel Select Ground can take 5-7 days in transit.

Priority Mail takes 2-3 days in transit.

For Express Mail, please call for quotes.

RETURN POLICY

In a fast paced world, we take our time to ensure that every order is just right.
We believe beeswax to be the best candle choice available and want all of our customers to be 100% pleased. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 30 days of receipt to coordinate a return, refund, or replacement.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If returning an unused product, the buyer will cover the return shipping cost. If a product is damaged during shipping, documentation of damage will be required. Upon filing a claim with the Post Office, seller will reach out to coordinate product return or replacement.

If you're sending back an unused product for a refund, please follow these steps:

Send us an email (info@toadilyhandmade.com) to let us know you are requesting a return.
Take great care in repacking the items. Full credit can only be given for items returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Include the packing slip that came with your order or a printout of your order confirmation email.
